2016 BMW M6 Coupe Continues the M Legacy

In true BMW fashion, the newest M6 Coupe has been beautifully designed to capture the attention of any who look. Its sleek and aggressively-shaped body is accentuated with delicately placed lines and curves. You know it’s a blazing-fast car just from a glance. Premium details can be found, such as carbon-fibre roof, rear diffuser and front lip.

This vehicle’s aggressive look is paired with equally vicious specs. It comes packed with a 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine, tuned to perfection. The optional Competition Package increases the vehicle’s boost pressure within the turbochargers and jumps horsepower from 560 to 600. Torque also jumps from 501 lb.-ft. To 516 lb.-ft.

This performance design launches the BMW M6 Coupe to 100 km/h in a mere 3.9 seconds. Although its top speed is 250 km/h, this number rises to 304 when the optional M Driver’s package is installed. Transmission is available in both six-speed manual and seven-speed M-DCT dual-clutch which delivers rapid shifting.

The M6 is built with a focus on superior handling. When taking sharp corners, all of its weight seems to disappear for lightning-fast maneuvering. Various driving settings, such as Sport, Sport Plus, Efficient and Comfort allow you to determine the type of drive you’d like to have. Each mode feels distinct and finely tunes vehicle handling.
